My Readynas Duo is -after upgrading the firmware via Web-Access- not reachable. After hours of trying (incl. Raidar, checking via my router-web-access) there is no connection. Please help!!!

After mailing to the support team they helped me. Raidar couldn't find anything. A new installation of my firmware via USB was the solution. Thank you!

Re: ReadyNAS Duo won't do the factory reset
Hi MaSpaka,
Welcome to the community!
Can you confirm if your computer and the RAIDar utility will detect or find the NAS if you will do a direct connection? You may also boot up the NAS without the drive (ensure you label them after you remove) and ensure its plugged in properly in your network. Run the RAIDar utility and see if it finds it.
I look forward to your response.
Kind regards,
BrianL
