ReadyNAS with "No Disks Detected"

ReadyNAS dropped off the network (AFPS, SMB) shortly after making a clicking sound at 1 second intervals. I can find the NAS using RAIDar, but it states that "No Disks Detected", one of the disks is a WD Red that is less than 3 months old. When attaching these disks to a mac, I do not hear the clicking, but I am not able to mount because the filesystem is unknown.

I cannot access the admin page (tried from several browsers but get a connection refused.

Talked to Hardware Support and was able to boot into Tech Support mode and get a Debug Code so supposedly the hardware is fine. They wanted to charge me for the next level of support so I've turn to the forums.

Any ideas on how to salvage my data?

Re: ReadyNAS with "No Disks Detected"

Sounds like you could have a bad disk.

Do you have a spare disk (must not be from your array) you can try by itself in the NAS?
