Reset VPN Client license key - FVs318Gv2 - PRoSave VPN client

Reset VPN Client license key - FVs318Gv2 - PRoSave VPN client
We had a hard drive fail on a computer that had the ProSafe VPN client installed and we are unable to recover the license key. Is there a way to manually remove the license from the failed computer?
This is a 5 license license and now that this computer failed 1 of the 5 licenses is unusable.

a. the VPN license key that needs to be reset
b. e-mail address that was used when you have registered the VPN license key on the computer that failed

I got your private message. All of the 5-user VPN license keys were already reset as per the higher tier of NETGEAR Support. You may now register it again.
