Reset VPN Lite client license - new laptop

Need to reset my VPN Lite Client license. I'm unable to activate it on my new laptop after I followed the instructions to remove it from my old laptop. Thank you in advance for you assistance.

Yes, thank you for the follow up. I was able to open a support ticket and was advised the key has been reset. I'm awaiting to get access to my client's laptop to confirm. Thank you for you assistance.
