Changed from Frontier to Xfinity. Cannot connect EX3700 to new Xfinity router

Hello, I changed from Frontier to Xfinity. Cannot connect EX3700 to new Xfinity router. Was working fine until I changed routers.

Windows 10 

I've done a factory reset several times. There is no visual activity on the ethernet cable on eith end.

I also get this message: 

This site can’t be reached

WPS: off

Router: off

Device: ON

Power: ON

Make sure when doing the factory reset hold the reset button for 10+ seconds.
