Connection issue with EX3700
I couldn't see the appropriate location but here goes..
I cant connect any device to my EX3700 signal booster. I've gone through the set up twice and re set it back to factory settings twice.
Its connected to my router no problem. There could be a firmwear update but as I need to connect to the internet to access this Im stuck.
Any ideas?

1. how are you setting it up? wps or using the installation wizard? I'd highly recommend the wizard.
2. you can manually update the firmware. just download it from the support site, extract it, then i'd recommend hardwiring into the extender and manually installing it. the manual has instructions on how to do so.
3. what router are you connecting it to?
4. does it work if you hardwire into it for usage/setup?

Thanks for the response. I have:
Re set to factory settings, I didnt realise it had to be plugged in.
Tried the set up wizard. Same results.
Re set again, downloaded the firmwear update file
Connected to the device via ethernet
Uploaded the firmwear update file and it shows a "this is not the correct file for this device"
The is page is not product specific, although it does have N300 Wifi Extender at the top of the page which is not the same model I have.

Your screen grab is from the ex2700. Your post you said you have the ex3700. Which one do you have?

Are you using windows or mac to install it?
Did you make sure to extract the file (not just open it) prior to installation.
what error is it giving you?
