EAX20 AX1800 sudden connection problems
For over 12 months i had a EAX20 AX1800 Mesh Extender connected to a NightHawk Router Model AC1900 D7000. I had no problems.
A couple of months ago this all changed. No connection anymore. When i go to the App it now tells me that model router is not supported!! Why is that, all of a sudden??
I have tried resetting the extender but i keep hitting a brick wall because i cant connect it using the App any more.
The Extender has a warranty up until the end of this year but i cant get any support from Netgear of course. Phone is not answered.
can anyone help or do i have to throw it in the bin and get a better brand than Netgear?

The app is telling you not supported?
Did you try factory resetting the extender and installing it using the installation assistant and NOT wps?
