My Ex7700 was working fine, when opening any wifi setting it displayed 2.4 & 5 Ghz options to connect to.
I have just upgraded to a new router, now it only offers a 2.4Ghz option but shows that it is connected to the 5Ghz router.
I have pressed the WAP key 4or5 times & no change!
Any ideas please?

so it'll setup in a mesh configuration with the ssid's being combined. You can separate them if you'd like or leave it and let devices band steer between the 2x bands.

Re: EX7700 Not broadcasting 5Ghz
You pushed the WPS button?
When setup with wps, the extender sets up in mesh mode. Mesh mode combines the 2x ssid's into one and lets devices roam between the 2.4ghz/5ghz as needed (based on their own roaming protocol).
If you don't want to use it in a mesh mode, you can disable it.
