Hardware Version: WN3000RPv3
Firmware Version: V1.0.2.24
Howdy,
My WiFi extender is only seeing 2G networks (including mine) when I go through a fresh setup via http://www.mywifiext.com/.
But I'm trying to connect to my 5G network, like I do with several other devices. The setup process doesn't show any 5G networks.
My router is broadcasting the 5G network name and has these settings:
Mode: 802.11 n/ac
Transmit Power: 100%
Channel Selection: Automatic
Channel: n/a
Channel Bandwidth: 20/40/80(auto)
Is this extender not 5G compatible? Any suggestions?
Thank you in advance!

According to the Product Data Sheet, this is a 2.4GHz unit only. It will not see your 5GHz signal.
Here is a link to the datasheet. http://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/datasheet/en/WN3000RPv3.pdf
