Nighthawke x4 model EX73000v2 "We cant find your Router"

I had a connection a week ago and lost it somehow.  Now on my i-phone, when using the app, I get the message We cant find your router.   I did not do the initial

 

 
install as it was a gift and set up by my daughter-in-law.  Should I do a factory re-set and start over?  Router is from cable company, info attached.

on your iphone, make sure icloud relay and private mac/ip address are disabled.
