Router isn’t connecting to my Ex3700 using WPS

What else can I do? I try connecting my phone to USER123_5GEXT, but it says incorrect password. I’ve pressed the WPS button on both the router and ext

here's what I would do.

1. reset the ex3700.

2. hard wire into the extender via ethernet. 

3. use the browser based method to set it up. I'll attach the support site on the bottom. It has installation instructions. Follow the browser based method. it starts on page 9 of the installation instructions.
