WN2000RPTv2 connection issues
I installed the extender according to the instructions but i cannot connect from any device. PCs do find the extended line but the connection is poor, which is really null. Smart phones keep searching for the ip address eternally. I tried moving the WN2000RPTv2 to different areas, but its the same. The password isn't the problem either. im about to throw the damn thing through the window....

Which router is connected to the WN2000RPTv2?
Are both the router and extender updated to latest firmware?

How is the connection of the extender when placed in the same room as your router?
You can also try switching your WiFi channel if there are interfering networks:

Please try setting up the WN2000RPTv2 via WPS (or web browser setup if WPS was previously used)
Press and hold the Restore Factory Settings button on the rear panel for 7 seconds. The extender resets, and returns to its factory settings.
