cannot get past login screen ex2700

Did a hard reset etc etc

I can log onto device using wifi or eithernet

when I fill in the blanks I cannot get to the next setup screen.

great product that has worked flawlessly for 8 months

Have you tried another web browser or make sure a pop up blocker is not causing a issue.
