Re: eax80 "enable media server" blocked access to both ready storage and admin web
Hi @faisalalsalm,
Welcome to NETGEAR Community!
Thank you for reaching out. We are sorry to hear about your experience with the extender. Just to clarify, the issue started after using a new hard drive, Is that correct? If yes, may we know the brand and model? With your old hard drive, you didn't encounter similar issue, is that correct? How many hard drives did you try already and what are the brands and models? Please try downgrading the firmware and resetting the extender as well.
Please do not hesitate to let a know if you need further assistance.
Regards,
Oliver

Re: eax80 "enable media server" blocked access to both ready storage and admin web
Hi @faisalsalm,
Thank you for the update. Do those HDDs that don't work have passwords in them or password protected?
I am looking forward to your response.

Oliver
