timestamp expired?

"Sorry,your timestamp is expired.
Please click the menu to re-enter the page". Trying to set up using Netgear Genie. Why is this preventing the setup?

Have you made sure you have no firewall or pop up blocker stopping the changes? also you may want to try a different web browser.
