Netgear Armor doesn't show my router
Hello,
I went to check out Netgear Armor's website, and when I signed into my Netgear account, it doesn't show my XR500 router appear. It says "No routers associated with this account."
So, I went to my Nighthawk app on my phone, and verified it was the same account I just used on the website by logging in and out.
Thinking maybe my router wasn't registered, I went into Router Settings in the Nighthawk app and it says "Product registered" at the bottom.
Any idea why Netgear's Armor website doesn't show my router appear?
