- la carte SIM fonctionne correctement lorsque je l'utilise avec mon iPhone9.1KViews0likes13CommentsCan we have specific DNS setting for WAN and 4G
Dear All, I have a Routeur 4G LTE Nighthawk REF R7100LG with Failover settinf from ISP1 FTTLA to ISP2 4G. Firmware Version : V1.0.0.42_1.0.6 I have the following setting. WAN Acces from Fiber ISP1 : DNS set with Open DNS with Primary 208.67.222.222 · Secondaty 208.67.220.220 WAN Acces from 4G ISP2 is impossible de go to internet with my French ISP : Bouygues Telecom 4G do not accept other DNS. Any chanche to have 2 specific DNS Setting. It will be nice to have in the next firmware release DNS Setting primary for ISP1 DNS Setting secondary for ISP1 DNS Setting primary for ISP2 DNS Setting secondary for ISP2 If we do not have this setting, in France it will be impossible to run with OpenDNS on ISP1 as OpenDNS is not allowed on 4G sim card. Hello, I am using the LB2120-100-UKS which i have just received from new and wanted to use the bridge mode with a TL-R470+ load balancing router. I am connecting ADSL via the TL-R470+ with no issues (PPPoE in UK). The LB2120 is working well in both router and bridge mode with a PC (direct connection, no routers or switches, PC just set to obtain address automatically). In router mode, i get an IP in the range of 192.168.5.x as i would expact. In bridge mode, i get the WAN IP which is shown in the mobile 4G status window from the LB2120, so i know the (W10) PC is picking up the dynamic 4G IP address. If i restart the modem, it may (not always) get a new IP and the PC picks this up no issues. When setting the WAN port i intend to use for 4G on my TL-R470+ to "dynamic" the poor thing just sits forever and tries to connect with no success at all, looks like it never receives an address. If i set the "Static" and i enter what i noted from a succesfull PC connection, then the TL-R470+ makes a sucesfull connection to the LB2120 and i get 4G internet. Whats more, the load balancing works, and i get the benefit of the ADSL (slow but unlimited) and the 4G (fast but limited). So i know the system works as i want however i cannot use a static WAN IP on my 4G connection. My carrier, EE, wont offer fixed IP address on the consumer data tariff i have, so every few hours, or after a reboot, i would need to manually find the new IP, default gateway & DNS and update the details on the TL router so it can connect. I can only imagine that the router is getting confused as it "sees" both the 192.168.5.1 of the router admin page and the WAN IP and it cannot pick which to settle onto. Or perhaps it only sees 192.168.5.1 and its waiting on an IP assignment. How can i get around this? Is it a fault with the TL-470+ router, or the LB2120. Posts on other LTE models suggest this issue has been known for some time with any router. I can get it to work with the LB2120 in router mode, and the TL470+ in dynamic (i would probably pick static outside the DHCP pool to avoid conflict) and it gets an IP in the 192.168.5.x range but then double NAT is probably not always a good idea. This does at least mean the LB2120 takes care of the 4G WAN IP by ittself and i dont need to worry about it. Any help would be apprecaited. Thanks, StuartLB2120-100NAS For International Use

Inoltre il firmware è aggiornato all'ultimo uscito.5.1KViews0likes3CommentsLACP on gigabit ethernet port for R7000P and above
Hello, The device is really cool but I can't understand why there is no LACP... Wifi is faster than the gigabit ethernet ports? Is it really ok for you? I really hope there will be a LACP version of this model, or maybe better... a new firmware with this option. It should be so great for home NAS to perform in good condition HD streaming. Secondly, is it possible to connect a 4G router (netgear AC810AC) on USB3 to make a internet "failover". It should be great too. Thanks for reading me. And thank for the goos job you make on these products. Kind Regards, Nicolas.9.7KViews1like0CommentsR7100lg
I'm having issues with my australian Nighthawk M1 while in France, with a french SIM card and a french LTE provider (Free). After a few hours, randomly, the 4G connexions is lost and it does not come back unless I either reboot the routeur, or simply change any of the cellular connectivity settings. I'm near Paris, near the antenna and getting nearly 100 Mbps down & 30 Mbps up. So the connectivity is excellent, I don't think it is an issue with the mobile operator as I have severall people around me using the same one with a different 4G modem and getting 100% stable connectivity. It is a real pain as I use this as my main Internet access and it makes the hardware frequently unusable.Best Home Wifi Solution
Hi all, I'm looking for a router which I can connect multiple devices to (up to 10), which can support HD streaming and internet.. the thing is that i'm looking for 4G mobile data soltion rather than cable / fibre / ADSL. I don't want to pay line rental anymore and I don't have any options for fibure to the home and if I weren't paying line rental, I'd be able to get much better speeds but sacrifice on some data allowance. In times of old, I would have looked at small business cisco routers which have USB ports compatible with 4G dongles but I can't seem to find this info on any of the high spec night hawk routers. Am I right in thinking that I'd probably need to purchase a 4G Gateway of sorts which i'd connect with ethernet cable into a router? If anyone has any suggestions, I'm all ears :) Thanks folks
