LB2120 cellular band/ frequency selection
Regarding LB2120-100UKS. The Network selection and Data connection options are far too limited to provide any real use from the device. We require the ability to manually select not only the type of Cellular Base Station (3G/4G), but also the particular band/ frequency of the required base station. This is mandatory for our particular application, as in our location we get very poor, unacceptable download speeds when connected to base stations operating on LTE band 20, while we receive an adequate, acceptable download speed when connected to a base station which uses LTE band 3. Hello Add a table that shows the signal quality/strength of all bands, and not only the one selected by the modem. It gives us some information about the available signals in the area. That information is useful if you want to choose the right external antenna (multi-band vs single-band) Add a manual mode that allow us to force the modem to use a specific band (ex: 800Mhz vs 1800Mhz).MR1100 Nichthawk M1
Hab jetzt den MR1100 seit 3 Wochen und das Gerät ist bei mir im USB-Modus mit IP-Forwarding 3x abgeschmiert. Mit Ethernet und IP-Forwarding keinerlei Probleme. Jetzt zu den "Mängeln": 1. Unter Diagnose werden kein RS-SINR angezeigt. Immer 0 2. Die angezeigten RSRQ-Werte werden immer um ~4db schlechter angezeigt als mit Modems anderer Hersteller (AVM, Huawei). 3. Keine Infos über die verwendeten Empfangsbänder 4. nur sehr rudimentäres Portforwarding (keine Bereiche, keine Selektionsmöglichkeit TCP/UDP). 5. Nur 2 externe Antennenanschlüsse (für echtes 4x4 MIMO zu wenig). 6. Gewisse Instabilität bei USB-Verbindung 7. Neztmaske falsch beim Gateway und IP-Forwarding. Sollte statt "255.255.255.255" "255.255.255.0" lauten. 8. Möglichkeit dem MR1100 bei IP-Forwarding eine öffentliche IP (Gateway Adresse!) zuzuweisen. Erleichtert bei statischen öffentlichen IPs die Konfiguration des nachfolgenden Routers. 9. Loopback Funktion fehlt. 10. DynDNS Client feht. 11. Empfangs-Information über die verwendeten Antennen fehlt. (RSRP, RSSI MIMO-Variante usw.) 12. Bei IP-Forwarding von statischen öffentlichen IPs sollte DHCP abschaltbar sein. 13. https-Zugang vom Internet zur Router Konfig fehlt. 14. Manuelle Netzwerk-Suche hängt manchmal. 15. Ergebnisse der manuellen Netzwerksuche zu wenig informativ. (Band, Feldstärke, Zellen-Nummer usw. fehlen) 16. keine Ausrichthilfe bei Verwendung externer Antennen LG gogoschPlease add full support for IPv6 in MR2100 – Nighthawk M2 Mobile Router
Hi My ISP provides CGNAT IPv4 and IPv6 but since the MR2100 does not fully support IPv6 it is wasted. Please add all the IPv6 features that are available in your other full-featured routers. Hello Add a list of preferred cell IDs/tower to which the modem tries to connect first (entries are added manually by the user). My LB1111 after startup connects automatically to a nearby tower which delivers very bad throughput, until the modem realizes 15 minutes later that the tower a little bit further is 10x more performant…I understand that the modem picks the cell with the best signal strength at first, but it’s not always the one which provides the best usable bandwidth.Fehlende Features MR1100-100EUS M1 Nighthawk Router
