Wifi extender EX6150v2 connection problems Help!
Hi, We have used this extender successfully for several months. We recently upgraded to NBN so have a new wifi router. We have followed video and connected it to new router using Ethernet cable. The Netgear extender is connected via Ethernet cable in our shed. When we try to connect to it, it picks up our correct wifi network but when we enter the wifi password it says we cannot join! What do we do?EX2700 i cant remember login or security answers
ive got a new internet recently so ive had to reconnect my extender and it is asking me to login, i cant remember the username let alone the password so i clicked username and password help and its security question, sisters name and best friends name, im definitely not getting those questions wrong but it says i am and often times it just comes up with timestamp has expired please return to menu, any ideas how i get round all this?unable to access guest account from app
Since the update from the old Genie App (purple one) to this blue one I've been unable to turn the guess account on and off from my app. When I swipe it across then push save to change settings it says " unable to change settings. My router model is DGND3700v2. I am able to enable and disable guest account on my PC computer but not the Genie app anymore. Please help as I loved this app when it was the old version, it worked so well. Look forward to your reply. Many thanks, Paula.
