Until a couple of days ago, everything was working fine. Today I still have internet connection but Netflix doesn't work because it says I'm using unblocker or proxy, which I am NOT. Everything in the IP/DNS config is automatic. I have tried it on several devices on my network (smart TV, tablets) and result is the same. To check if error was with the router or modem (or ISP), I connected directly to modem and found that Netflix works OK connected to modem, therefore I have to conclude the problem is with my Nighthawk router. I have no idea what to do. Please help. I live in Panama and Netflix account is local. Firmware V1.0.7.6_1.1.99Solved19KViews0likes2CommentsReadyNAS 204 Will not shut down fully, shows do_exit+9ec
When trying to shutdown my ReadyNAS 204 it hangs with an error of do_exit+9ec on display. The only way to recover is to disconnect the AC power cord and reconnect. I have the most current version of firmware as of 05/27/17. Version 6.7.4. Same error occurs regardless of how it is done. Occurs when shutting down from the power button or from the system device webpage. Any suggestions? Had a similar problem when I first purchased this unit. A beta firmware solved the problem then. The problem reappeared when upgrading to the next publicly available released firmware. Please advise. Thank you.12KViews0likes64CommentsBUG: Cannot edit "Internet" VLAN settings (e.g. Priority, VLAN ID)
Router Firmware Version V2.0.0.74 Steps to reproduce: 1) Sign in to orbilogin.com (or whatever method) 2) Click the "Advanced" tab 3) Expand the "Advanced Setup" section in the left list, then scroll down within the list until you see "VLAN/Bridge Settings". Click "VLAN/Bridge Settings". 4) Click "Enable VLAN/Bridge group" and then "By VLAN tag group". 5) Highlight the existing/default "Internet" VLAN tag group and click "EDIT" 6) Change the VLAN ID (e.g. to 201, as I need to do for CenturyLink Fiber internet). 7) Click "APPLY" Expected results: VLAN tag group page is shown with the new settings specified above. Actual results: VLAN tag group page is shown with old settings; any changes are not respected/retained/saved. Using the exact steps above, the entire VLAN settings are disabled / not enabled. If you already have VLAN settings enabled, then the "Internet" group will simply remain in VLAN ID 10 -either way, it is uneditable. Looking for Netgear help here, as this seems to be a bug in their firmware or router settings. Also very interested if others can reproduce, or whether this is just my device.SolvedChanging Alert messages WAC720
Dear, I would like to raise 3 future request regarding WAC720 alert messages. 1. I would like to change the subject of a allert message. The subject is now like: Host: "" IP: "" List of Alarm with Severity "Major" Reported in Last 5 min It would be great to change this is something else, its not clear for us what the problem is when i see this subject. Can we change it in something like: Major error reported on AP"", AP Down in the last 5 min. 2. We would like to see the error message in plaine text in a email. We are unable to read te error message on our smartphone and in we need to save a txt file on our laptop to see what is wrong. This takes to much time. Is it possible to get the attachement as plain text in the mail? 3. We would like to change the priorities for each error. For me it is very important to know when a AP is down, so i would like to put that kind of errors in a major prio, but i dont want to get a messages when a AP discovers their are bad envirements. So we would like to change the errors prioritys.10KViews1like1CommentCan't access admin panel (ReadyNAS 102)
After turn on my NAS gets IP address 192.168.2.25 I can ping it from my PC. Power led blinks constantly after power up, I can turn it off only by unpluging power cord. I can't access admin panel by browser (connection refused) both in Chrome and IE. I have tried factory reset procedure and OS reinstall which brings no improvement. RAIDar software is the only one finding NAS but firmware version is blank so I assume there lays the problem. Is there any way I can upload firmware - for example from usb stick when I have no admin panel access? I am very disappointed as it is state of new product and my company really needs it going fast...Solved9.4KViews0likes10CommentsSchedulazione WiFi R7000 disabilitata (?)
Grazie, LucaSolved8KViews1like7CommentsFVS318G Telnet LAN<>WAN firewall settings not working
Hello, when logging into the router via telnet and accessing the fw / lan-wan settings, I cannot use the show function nor can I disable or enable any rules. I need this to work for an automated task that should change these parameters. It tells me that I provided too few parameters, however the show functions in the other routing virtual folders seem to work just fine without any additional arguments. Am I missing something, or is there a way to contact Netgear so that they can finally fix this and some other issues in the firmware. Or do I really have to build and flash OpenWrt and do my own, less buggy firmware? Sincerely, Benedikt7.9KViews0likes17CommentsCannot install Apps on 6.8.0
Any attempt on 3 different ReadyNAS's (just updated to 6.8.0 firmware), to install downloaded App .deb files results in "cannot read property 'childNodes' of undefined" error. Doesn't matter which app I try, always get the same problem. Using 'system/settings/install firmware' button and uploading relevant app .Deb file just downloaded from 'Apps/available apps/install'.Disk Test Failure

On both my iPhone and MacBook I get a No Internet Connection error. Most of my Orbi settings are on the defaults. Most of the time when it happens it will eventually start working on its own afte a few mins. I know the Satelitte itself has an internet connection becuase the cameras that are on them record all the footage fine and there are no gaps. Anyone have an ideas why this happens. I end up getting a Self-Assigned IP Address (169.254.157.242) and nothing works for a few minutes or so. I tried setting a static IP address, it will work for most part but then eventually get the No Internet Connection error. ThanksSolved
