My router does not want to stay connected to the internet? It jumps back and fourth between Looking for Networks and on constantly? If I restart my IMac it seems to solve the problem temporarily? But ends up not being able to stay connected.Solved3.4KViews0likes10CommentsClient Isolated Between Router and Satellites
Hello. Can someone help me figure out what setting i need to change so that clients can communicate between orbi devices (satellite to satellite, satellite to router, and router to satellite)? I have two kids that play minecraft, and forwhatever reason, I cannot get them to join if ipads are on different orbi devices. I am on firmware 2.1.4.10. I have also had issues getting two Xbox Ones to see each other. One is wired to the router and one is wired to the satellite.Serial number is changed to NONE000200000 and mac address is changed to 00: 50: 43: 02: 00: 00 RN102
Hi, after a raidar malfunction reported "management service is offline". Then I removed the discs and tried to reset the S.O. Now I connect as an administrator but I notice a very strange thing: the serial number has changed to NONE000200000 and moreover the mac address is changed to 00: 50: 43: 02: 00: 00 completely different from the factory.I think that I have not reinserted hard disk because I'm running a copy of the data after installing with linux the partition with mdadm. What can I do. Thanks in advanceSolved1.7KViews0likes6CommentsWill installing too many satellites do more harm than good? More coverage than necessary overkill.
So I just moved into a new 2-story house that's 2600 square feet. Typical suburban home. Ideally, I should get a one router/one satellite system like the RBK40, RBK22, or even the RBK50. However, I'm looking at larger systems for sale like the RBK53 which is one router/two satellites and even the RBK44 which is one router/three satellites. And these are rated to cover 7,500 to 8,000 square feet respectively. My question is will installing a system that's rated to cover more area and installing that into a smaller home do more harm than good? Will installing too many satellites when you don't need them give you better coverage or is it counterproductive?WNR2020 - 403 forbidden error on Port Forwarding
When I initially setup this router, I had added one custom port forward service that works. However, now when I try to edit the existing setting I get a 403 forbidden page that opens in the main frame of the html interface. The same thing happens when I try to apply a new custom port forwarding service. I can enter the details for a new entry but as soon as I try to save it, I get the 403 page again. I'm running on the latest firmware V1.1.0.44_1.0.1. I have tried different browsers and different devices to no avail. In some browsers, I get the 403. In other browsers, I get a generic error page. In I.E., for instance, I get the error: "The website declined to show this webpage. HTTP 403. Most likely causes: •This website requires you to log in." Obviously, I am already logged in. I have not yet tried a factory reset because I use wifi access list and didn't want to set those up again, but if I have to and a factory reset will help, I'll try that.SolvedReadyNAS Surveillance 1.1.2 Live View and Playback windows black; broken by FW update?
ReadyNAS RN104. I installed the ReadyNAS survelliance app and was fairly pleased with it in demo (1 camera) mode. A bit of extra work to get the Java to work with various browsers, but otherwise fine. Playback worked and I was able to find specific events and play them back. I then noticed that interesting had happened in front of the camera, and went back to the Surveillance app to see what had occurred, but the live view and recording tabs were black. I tried it again with different browsers and O/S's (windows, OSX, Linux) with identical results. Thinking this might have been due to a recent FW update to 6.9.2, I updated to 6.9.3. Same black output screens. I did note that the pages were generating an error on the console: Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) on http://reddynas:5100/csrf.js?i=0511 The admin page itself loads fine and does not get this 404 error. Any thoughts or comments from others using this app sucessfully would be appreciated. --Ken1.6KViews0likes4Commentsreadydr job failure: protocol error

ReadyDR Job is configured and can successfully connect to destination ReadyNAS and create ReadyDR Snapshot Share. Job fails with ReadyDR Job Failure: Protocol Error. Have searched online and can't find information about cause or correction.1.8KViews0likes6CommentsAircard 340U problems updating firmware on mac
I have a mac laptop running Sierra OS and an Aircard 340U. I've been using it with a Pepwave Surf Soho modem now I want to update the firmware as it has been randomly disconnecting on me. I plug the 340U into my laptop's USB port and nothing happens. I have downloaded AirCard Watcher, but when I open it, it just says 'No device detected'. I also tried running the firmware updator and it just says 'Waiting for device' forever. My Aircard when plugged in gives me the 'Read to connect' message. Please help!
