Hi, The Attached Devices list shows for about a day then is not available on web app for RBE871. I do a reboot then the attached devices show again for about a day. Router RBE871 V10.5.20.4_1.3.5 Satellite1 RBE870 V10.5.20.4 Satellite2 RBE870 V10.5.20.4 Satellite3 RBE770 V10.5.20.3 Any suggestions on how to fix this or is this just a firmware bug? Everything else works great - i get great internet all around/outside the house. Its just the attached device list issue- Thanks!Issue with various apps on android devices
Since upgrading to the 870 mesh system various apps on my wife's android phone aren't loading. Everything is fine on iOS devices but apps such and the BBC News app are failing to load on the android phone. I really don't understand what's causing this as it seems to only affect android devices. Has anyone found a solution to this?RBE871 slow speed
Hi All, just installed my brand new RBE871 and I’m getting a constant 94MB download/upload speed. If I connect my laptop to the ethernet port of the wall I get 850MB download. I have a main router in my house (FritzBox!5590) provided by the ISP, which delivers connectivity to the entire walls, this device is wifi disabled. the Orbi is intended to deliver wifi connectivity. Wires in the walls are CAT6A. each wired port in the house gives me high speed, just wifi from Orbi is slow at 94MB. I already downloaded the update firmware and restarted the Orbi a few times. I’m not a tech guy. Thanks for suggestions.Where has the sort function gone?
I've recently updated my network from an Oribi 750 to a 870. When using the web UI to view the settings for the 750, on the list of connected devices I could sort the view by clicking on any of the headers for the list (see screenshot for example). On the 870 web UI, there seems to be no sort as function on the same page. I found this sort as view option really useful with the 750 system. Is there any way of getting back on the 870 web UI?Orbi 870 update issues
So today I set up my new 870 network. Finally got everything working and things were looking great. The wifi backhaul on the 870 is a MAJOR upgrade from the 750 I was on. While I was accessing the router via the web interface it flashed up it needed an update. Never had this on the 750 so always had to do it manually. I clicked the "update all" button and things looked as if they were going ok. However, an hour later, whilst the satellites have come back on and I'm somehow online, the router is still flashing white and I can't access it via the web page or the orbi app. Anyone got any ideas?Upgrading to 870 from RBR53 (Orbi AC3000 )
My current router is now considered EOL so looking to move to a Orbi 870. I'm wondering if it is possible to export the configuration from the old router and import it to the new one? I know a lot has changed, but it'd make configuration easier. Thanks in advance.
