53 Topics- Impossible to connect a third RBS750 to my RBR750Hello experts, I've currently a RBR750 to which 2 RBS750 are connected and it works well. A baught a third RBS750 but I can't connect it to the RBR750 even by placing it at 1m and following the sequence in the app (switch ON and push synch on both router and satellite). I saw that the router can accept only 2 daisy chain but don't understand what it means. Does that mean that I need to synch 2 satellites each other instead of trying to connect a third satellite to the router? If yes how to do it? Can someone help me? Thanks
- LINE App Cannot Send or Receive Messages When Connected to RBR750 WiFiHello All, Since two days ago, mobile devices (iPhone 16 and older Android) connected to our RBR750 WiFi cannot send or receive messages on LINE, and LINE VOOM videos fail to play. Switching to mobile data (4G/5G) resolves the issue immediately. A Mac mini on the same WiFi also cannot log in to LINE Desktop — the one-time QR code fails to generate. Other apps (Instagram, Facebook, Email, Telegram, etc.) work fine. All router security/monitoring features, including Netgear Armor, Traffic Meter, and IPv6, have been disabled, but the issue persists. Firmware is V7.2.7.15_5.1.16 (released July 7, 2025). The RBR750 rebooted one day before the issue started, but it’s unclear if this caused it. Switching to an older WiFi 5 router resolves the problem — LINE works normally. Any suggestions on how to fix this issue?Solved

- How to track backhaul or satellite issueHello, I'm using an Orbi RBR750 with 2 satellite. All firmware are up to date. One of my satellite is a little bite far and connection status is poor. however, bandwidth are very good. But... sometimes, my satellite loose connectivity for 10s, just the time to check and reconnect. So I tried to connect the satellite to wire... same. So, how can I track disconnection while I'm working to diagnose issue. It's a computer, how can I check if I'm connected to the satellite or the routeur (Yes, satellite is 1 meter far from my desk but sometimes my computer is associated to my router. I can see that with wifi icon 2 bars of my macbook). How could I correct that? Thanks

- Connection sequence between wifi and routerWhen you first connect the Orbi router to your home wifi modem there is this confusing sequence of unplugging and plugging each device that includes rebooting the home modem. To add to the confusion the printed and online instructions differ. Can anyone clearly explain the logic behind this plugging and unplugging - what's happening? Also, is the Ethernet cable to the modem a special patch cable or can an ordinary Ethernet cable be used to move the router further from the modem?Solved
- HackedI own a RBK753 (also referred to as RBR750) Wi-Fi 6 system. A month or so ago, I was hacked and find myself locked out and completely at a loss. I tried recouping my access using orbilogin (which I successfully competed with new mail and password) except I remain locked out of my router and the unknown email account still in control. Is there any way to get back control without having to reset to factory settings?
- 2.4 ghz connection issuesI have Xfinity internet with a NETGEAR Nighthawk CM3000 modem and a NETGEAR Orbi AX3000 router(RBK653). The internet is great we receive 6 ghz connection on wifi throughout the house; but, I recently purchased the Kohler Moxie wifi showerhead and speaker and have been unable to connect it to my home internet. Speaking with Kohler it appears the system requires a 2.4 ghz connection. I utilized the Orbi app to to change my Iot connection to solely a 2.4 ghz connection and not the 2.4 and 5 ghz but the speaker still can't connect to the home wifi. When I connect my phone to the Iot connection it still shows I have a 6 ghz connection to the system. Any suggestions?
- Guest Network to PrivateHello, I have a Orbi RBR750 with a internal network setup as well as a guest network. I'm trying to configure the Orbi to allow any IP on the guest network to access one single static IP (my Marantz AVR) for Airplay. I tried port forwarding for all UDP & TCP ports (just for testing) to the static IP of the Marantz and still can't see that IP from the guest network. Looking for help on what I might be doing wrong.
