Two days ago I updated to r7000 firmware version 1.0.9.14 but immediately started to see dropped onnections to Apple devices and a Logitech Pop Bridge that could not be recovered. Curiously android devices seemed unaffected. Today I have rolled back to the previous version 1.0.9.12 and the problem appears to be fixed for now. Anyone else had the same issue? Is there a known fix or will a further update be needed?Solved4.7KViews0likes14CommentsPossible firmware upgrades including DumaOS for older model Nighthawk routers?
What are the chances that y’all will release the DumaOS software for other Nighthawk models? I purchased a Nighthawk X8 to use with my netduma r1 router when it came out. I’d really like to be able to use all the power it came with and have the DumaOS software in a update. Has anyone heard anything on this issue?Solved11KViews1like2Commentscannot update firmware DGND3700v2
I'm on Firmware Version V1.1.00.23_1.00.23, trying to get to .26. If I use the 'Wizard' it find the update, says it's installing it, then towards the finish brings up the HTTP authentication dialog box, only it refreshes every 2 seconds so I don't have enough time to put in my credentials before it then closes and reopens the dialog box. ***Edit - I tried this again using routerlogin.net rather than the IP address, and I didn't get the repeated prompts for credentials. However, the upgrade didn't actually succeed (as per manual process below) and I'm still on .23*** If I do it manually, it appears to work just fine, but at the end of the process I'm still on the same firmware version. Other than that, the unit has worked pretty well. I'm not having any problems with it otherwise. Does anyone have any ideas on what to do next?4KViews0likes6Comments"Router Update" option missing along with most of the GUI
I just set up my R7000 Netgear router today. It seems to be working great as far as our internet speed and nework signal range go, but when I log in to access the router's GUI, almost all of it is missing! Naturally, Netgear won't help me, since this router is past its warranty (it was originally registered in 2015, and I am not the original owner.) What in the world is going on here? What can I do to fix this? My current firmware version is 1.01.09. My ISP is Comcast, but I bought this router myself. Everything else seems to be fine - I'm even using this router to post this discussion. Also, every feature in the Netgear Genie app seems to be working, even those features that are missing from the router's GUI. I even set up a guest network to confirm this. (So I can set up a guest network through the Genie, but not through my browser.) I am using Google Chrome, but the same thing happens in Firefox. I've attached pictures of the Basic and Advanced screens in my GUI. Why can't I access any of the other features, or upgrade my firmware?Solved13KViews0likes7CommentsProblem with wn2000RPTv3 firmware update
