Can't coonect Orbi RBR50 satellite after moving to new appartment
I have Orbi RBR50 + 1 satellite, firmware version 2.7.4.24
There were no issues with it in old apartment.
I moved, head device works well, connected to internet and does the thing.
For some reason, my satellite is not connected.
Both head and satellite are connected with wire. head works, satellite doesn't.
i even plugged satellite directly into router (provider device) to exclude any broken wire / plug issue, no luck. Satellite still can't connect to head device.
I tried to reset satellite, reboot, sync, nothing works.
What could be the problem?
UPD:
I've seen that my satellite finally blinked blue for some reason. But orbi iOS app still shows that satellite is not connected...
Schema needs to look this way
INTERNET

telia_router
lan_port_0 lan_port_1

Why is it a problem... ? I just moved devices from one apartment to another... Why would FW affect it? they were just few hours offline.

Check LAN cabling between the RBR and RBS. CAT6 UTP is recommended.
Any LAN switches in between them? If so, brand and model please.

Anyway, I can't update it since I have no access to Orbi satellite, it even can't sync when placed 10 cm away from Orbi Router.

Hello capacytron ,
Welcome to the NETGEAR Community!
Your RBR50 needs to be connected to your RBS50. Your network schema connects the RBR50 and the RBS50 to the ISP router. However, your RBS50 needs the RBR50 to connect to the internet.
One way to solve this issue would be to add an unmanaged switch to your network and connect both the RBR50 and your RBS50 to that switch, then connect your ISP router to the WAN port on your RBR50.
Please visit the link below for additional information on the suggested network topologies for your Orbi Mesh system:

The satellite cannot be connected directly to an ISP device. It must be connected to the Orbi router (RBR50).
Does the satellite connect correctly over WiFi?

Why it can't be connected via ISP service?
I guess I try to build this schema. Same worked for previous appartment

My ISP router has WAN and LAN ports. I both Orbi head and satellite are connected to lan.
Anyway, satellite and head Orbi are just 5 meters away. I even tried to place them in 10 centimiter distance, no luck. Satellite doesn't work

That article clearly shows satellites connected to the Orbi router, not to the ISP device.
An Orbi satellite will connect to the Orbi router in only two ways:
- Using a 5G WiFi connection (the default)
- When connected to one of the Orbi router LAN ports.
