DHCP Relay Problem

Hi,

I installed Netgear M7300-24XF switch as a Backbone and I established 5 VLAN connections to this switch. VLANs are running smoothly. I set DHCP Relay to  the Windows Server 2012 DHCP server.

The issue is; while acquiring IPs across the VLANs, windows PCs and mobile devices are getting IP address but Linux & Mac OS devices do not get any IP address automatically. However, I can set IPs manually on Linux & Mac OS devices.

    Hi Kerberos07,

    Welcome to our community!

I suggest you to open a chat / case online on NETGEAR support so that we can take advantage of your free support. Most likely, the clients are the one requesting an IP from the DHCP server.
