Kindly access and follow the steps indicated on the article below:
How do I recover the password for my managed Layer 2 and Layer 3 switch?
As you will notice in the image on step #3, it shows that option # 6 is for Erase Current Configuration. After you have successfully recovered the password of the GSM7328Sv2h1 switch, I suggest you to check first its current configuration and if you're decided to start from scratch then proceed with erasing the current configuration of the switch.
