GSM7248v1 VLAN for R6250 Router
Hi everyone,
I am trying to configure a GSM7248v1 switch to work with my R6250 router (No VLAN aware router). I factory reset my GSM7248v1 and create only manage IP/Netmask/GW address. My PC connected to the swith would get 1MB/s speed through the switch, the speed go back up as soon as I connect my PCs to the unmanage switch. I would like to setup my managed switch to work with my router, I really don't need a multiple VLANs. Here is my setup. thanks
GSM7248v1 F/W V 6.3.3.7
Thanks, It's out of warranty when we lost my proof my payment, eventhough we are the orginal owner. It's a diffrent between Cisco and Netgear, Cisco lifetime warranty without proof my payment, as for Netgear :(.

Hi klqn,
Welcome to the community! :)
You mentioned that you are only getting 1MB/s speed when your PC is connected to the GSM7248v1. Kindly answer the questions below:
a. What is the behavior of the port LED light on the LAN port where your PC is connected to the GSM7248v1?
b. Have you tried using other LAN ports of the GSM7248v1? If yes, is it the same problem?
c. Are you using CAT5e or CAT6 ethernet cables?
d. Kindly access the web-GUI of your GSM7248v1, go to Switching > Ports > Port Configuration. Is the Admin Mode set to enable to all ports?
e. From question d, is the Physical Mode set to Auto on all ports? What are the other options on it?
I look forward to your response.

Thanks for getting back to me.
I found the CoS cause the speed problems, after I changed/save configuration and reboot my switch, I am longer have access to the serial console. I think the bootloader is corrupted. Is there a bootload I can download?
thanks
