GSM7328Sv2 - Factory reset
Wondering if someone can help, we have had this switch for a while and it has been sat in storage for some time. We no longer know the IP of the switch, what subnet it was on etc. After powering it...

Welcome to the community!
GSM7328Sv2 is Full Managed Switch, it's support management by GUI or CLI, but not support management by SCC(Smart Control Center).
GSM7328Sv2 switch support two console port, one is RS-232 cable, another is mini-usb cable. So could you please check whether you have one of them? By default console port use RS-232 cable, and you can change to mini-usb cable by changing the button to 'USB' on the back of the Switch.
If you don't have these two serial cable. I suggest you connect one PC to the Switch and capture LLDP packet, DUT will send LLDP packet automatically, and you can get the IP address of the Switch.
