Hello Eloge,
Welcome to the community!
Although some users have been able to use SFP modules from other brands, I cannot say that it is compatible since I cannot find information regarding the SFP transceiver that you have mentioned (if you have the model number, it is much better if you can post it). Make sure that it has the same standard as our modules, click here (page 16) to view NETGEAR's compatible module for M4100 series switches.
I hope this helps. If you have more questions we'll be happy to help.
Thanks,
Eloge

I have Mikrotik S-31DLC20D SFP Module.
If not, could I link this module on Mikrotik Switch to an AGM732F Netgear SFP module plugged into Netgear Switch.
Thank you for your assistance.

Considering they both comply with 1310nm single mode, it should work fine. You can use AGM732F on both sides or you can use S-31DLC20D on both sides or mix and match. If you want to be sure, you can match the spec data between the 2..

Hello Eloge,
I agree to Jedi_Exile, but I will still suggest the AGM732F since I know that it is compatible and has undergone a lot of testing.
Thanks,
