M4100-50G-POE+ Mirroring
Hello All;
We have a M4100-50G-POE+. If I setup port mirroring, source 0/8 to destination 0/48, then I cannot remote control the PC (which has wireshark) on this port anymore. Mirroring turns the port from 'normal' to 'probe' and now the PC cannot function as a PC anymore.
Is this by design?
Or is there a way to set up port mirroring so I can remote control the PC to do wireshark tracing?
And the docs do state how to set up mirroring, BUT not how to undo mirroring.

Welcome to NETGEAR community！
The port set to "probe" status will only work with mirror traffic.
You need to connect another port to control the Switch.
You can use following commands to undo mirroring:
no monitor // it will disable port mirroring function.
no monitor session 1 destination interface // it will undo probe port of monitor session.

Thank you for the CLE commands to diable the probe.
I was able to set the port from probe to normal via the web interface by setting the destination interface to 'none' and apply.
