I contacted NetGear support and was able to work it out.
The tech made changes using the GUI that I was unable to figure out using the CLI.
Also, need to add a few static routes in my WatchGuard firewall

Correct me if I am wrong, but the link seems to create a new DHCP pool on the netgear.
This is not what I want.
The Windows Server 2012r2 is the DHCP server and I want to direct vlan broadcasts to it.
In the cisco world, I would add an ip helper-address...is this possible?

I am running firmware 11.0.0.12
I have stumbled onto a ip helper-address comand and configured it for Any interface for my Windows DHCP server, but I am still not receiving an ip.
