I contacted NetGear support and was able to work it out.
The tech made changes using the GUI that I was unable to figure out using the CLI.
Also, need to add a few static routes in my WatchGuard firewall

This article applies to the following managed switches and their respective firmware:
- M5300 - firmware version 10.0.0.x
I am running firmware 11.0.0.12
I have stumbled onto a ip helper-address comand and configured it for Any interface for my Windows DHCP server, but I am still not receiving an ip.
