MS108EUP Switch Limited Support
I recently got a managed MS108EUP switch. When I add it to my insight account it says "Limited Support" and I have to go through the web interface to change any settings. I've updated the firmware to...
The MS108EUP isn't (currently, from what I'm aware of) Insight manageable.
It can be discovered by the Insight App, and because there is not Insight on this device, the app does mark it as limited support (read: discovery only).
Another clarification: The designation is Multi-Gigabit (2.5G) Ethernet Plus Switch - features configuration controls such as simplified VLANs, QoS set-up and IGMP Snooping. This does not make it a Managed Switch class device.
