    Hi aviator2010,

Welcome to the NETGEAR Community! 🙂

I suggest to contact NETGEAR support team and open a case about your issue. I believe there is a way to recover the switch when the permanent storage has been deleted.

      Aman,

      re. this question:

This is regarding your case 48430260

Could you please tell me what is the power LED indication you are getting on the switch while it is powered on?

As you will see with the detail i provided, the system is powered on - it gets through a boot sequence of sorts as my captured screen information eludes to, what are you asking here in exactly to 'power lED indication' when the system is clearly on.
