When talking of the Gigabit Smart Managed Plus Switch Series (as of writing) only the "big" GS750E does support LACP (and also static) LAG (8 LAGs with max 8 members in each LAG), the smaller units don't, indeed.
When looking into the Standalone Smart Managed Pro Switch Series all models come with LACP LAG support.
There are various differences between the Plus and the Pro switches - depends what you expect beyond of the LACP support.
