Port Rate Control in Kbps
I am trying to create a test environment where I can reduce port speeds to really low data rates. Preferably as slow as 1 Kbps but 10 Kbps would be suitable. Yes, I said "Kbps" not Mbps...this is IoT.
Does Netgear make a small switch with this capability? I see as slow as 512 Kbps settings but I am trying to do this as a satellite emulator of sorts where you charged a fortune in tiny increments.
Thank you!

Consider implementing a software bridge, e.g based on iptables, where you can netem and the like:
tc qdisc add dev eth0 root netem rate 56kbit
No way on a real-world low-cost switch, which requires have different capabilities.

Thanks for taking the time to respond. It appears Netgear does not allow for this capability without complex command line activity and software - which is not something I can do for this.
