Previously registered switches

I think this question is asked alot, I know but I need to ask it again as I'm not finding anything for my specific situation... 

My company has 2 Netgear switches that were registered years ago by a former employee. I've reached out to that person to see if he might be able to remove the registration from his account of if perhaps he registered them under one of our companies emails. He was not able to recall. As far as I  know, the older switches have always been owned by my company and have never been owned by any other person/organization.  So, here I am with 2 new switches that are registered under my account and 2 older switches that I cannot "administer" on the Netgear websites. For simplicities sake, I would like to unifiy these 4 items into 1 account. 

Can I do this? If yes, how?
