a. Did you perform the firmware update via a wired connection?
b. What is the firmware version you have uploaded to the GS724Tv3 switch?
c. What is the behavior of the LED lights of the GS724Tv4 switch?
d. Did you try to reboot the GS724Tv4 switch then check if will be able to access the web-GUI of it?
e. Have you tried to perform a factory reset on the GS724Tv4 switch?
