a. Did you perform the firmware update via a wired connection?
b. What is the firmware version you have uploaded to the GS724Tv3 switch?
c. What is the behavior of the LED lights of the GS724Tv4 switch?
d. Did you try to reboot the GS724Tv4 switch then check if will be able to access the web-GUI of it?
e. Have you tried to perform a factory reset on the GS724Tv4 switch?

bonjour,
a- j'ai effectuer la mise a jour par cable en utilisant la page web du switch
b- j'ai instaler une version 6.3.1.9 pour un GS724Tv4 alors que mon appareil est un GS724Tv3
c- toute les lumiére salume au demarage puis seteigne la seul lumiére allumer est celle de fonctionnement, aucun lumière ne sallume sur l'appareil meme l'orsque qu'un cable est connecter.
d- J'ai esseyer a plusieur reprise de le redemarer et d'acceder au web-GUI il est imposible d'y avoir acces (voir l'image du premier message)
e- j'ai esseyer de faire une réinitialisation et cela na pas finctionner :smileyfrustrated:

c- all the light in salume demarage seteigne then the only light is the light of operation, no light lights up only on the same a cable is connected.
d- I esseyer PLUSIEUR has resumed the redemarer and access the web-GUI is imposible to have access (see the image of the first message)
e esseyer I do a reset and it didnt finctionner :smileyfrustrated:thank you very much for taking time to answer me

It seems that the device hardware got faulty. I advise you to open an online case with NETGEAR Support. State what happened to your GS724Tv3 switch and be ready to submit a soft copy of the Proof of Purchase or Sales Invoice of your device for warranty verification via the online case. If the hardware warranty is still valid, then an online replacement will follow.
