Upgrade GSM7352Sv2 To Firmware 10.0.0.31 Fails

I am trying to upgrade a stack of two GSM7352Sv2 switches to 10.0.0.31, so that I can add a M5300 to the stack. The switches crash on load when running the 10. firmware. I am basically trying to do one switch at a time, so here are the steps I have taken.

1) Uploaded the new firmware to available archive image via HTTP app
2) Remove the stack card from the master switch
3) Reset to factory default from the CLI Boot Menu
4) Switched to back up (10.) image via CLI Boot Menu
5) Update Boot Code via CLI Boot Menu
6) Reset switch
