Hi! Is there a way to hard reset a Netgear GS108TV2?

there should be a hard reset button on the front of it. The guide goes over it.

I apologize, I found a button Factory Defaults !!
There is no button Factory Defaults
What happens when you push and hold the button while powered on?
Do the lights blink? Anything change?
This button doesn't help and doesn't respond.
