I solved my issue. Thanks for your reply.
What I did was a port forwarding on the modem and then one on the Firewall.
The first one pointing to the Firewall WAN1 address, and the second one as an inbound rule as you mentioned to the server I wanted to reach.
The port checker tool came very handy.

Hi nelsonurdaneta,
From the network setup described, it seems that the modem you currently have is a combination of modem and router. I recommend that you set your modem to bridge mode in order to have the Public WAN IP Address be registered on the FVS336G.
Are you able to access the internet on the NVR? If yes, then set an Inbound rule to open RDP port 3389 for Remote Desktop Connection for the NVR. To verify if port 3389 is already open, use an online port-checker tool like this link. If it says "online/reachable" then it means that port 3389 is open and you can access the NVR remotely via a remote desktop connection.
