WAC505 no Cloud Connection

hey

suddenly i got a notification, that one access point has lost connection to the Cloud.

i've then disconnected the AP and rebootet it. after that, still no connection to the Cloud.

i then reloaded trough the app the configuration, still no luck.

the LED's are flashing white instead of green

it looks like it's connected to the internet and clients are connected to the AP but somehow it lost connections to the cloud.

 

what can i do? where can i send logs?

    Hi dynamiX,

     

    We did experience some issues with Insight Cloud over the weekend but these are resolved now and your devices should show as online once again. If you are still experiencing any issues please let us know.

  • apperantly i'm not the only one. just found out that my friend who just bought them on friday has the same problem.

     

    NETGEAR, is there a problem? are you aware of it? c'mon guys, your cloud isn't working for a whole week-end?

      yes they came online a few minutes ago. thanks for the update.

      however, hope this issue will not occur anymore and further outages also. because if you plan to charge customers for a service there should really be no outages, at least not 1-2 days outages...
