WAX610 extenders not connecting
Hi there - 3 x WAX610s have worked faultlessly since Nov 20, but in the past few days, despite no changes to the network, we've seen these devices disconnecting at random times. My plan was to factory reset all the units. I started with the extenders (leaving the root device FirstFlrLanding alone), I performed a factory reset on both extenders, but now they won't/don't connect to the selected network (see image) I've checked, and all devices are on the latest firmware. Any suggestions? Each unit is powered with a mains adapter (not PoE).

Hi redders123
Do you know any network topology changed recently or anything causing this issue? Are these devices are managed by Insight?
Could you please send me the detailed logs downloaded from the monitoring page after you do the factory reset? Upload into google drive or something similar. Send me link via PM to download.
Any suggestions please?
The root device is working as expected, but having reset 2 extenders (due to repeated disconnection issues), I can 'claim' the reset devives, but they then fail to connect - this is what the cloud logs on one of these devices reports:
curl_easy_perform(url='https://registration.ngxcld.com/registration/register') failed with error code 60: 'Error'.

Once I'd done this I perfomed another reset on the WAX610 extenders then claimed them through the insight cloud interface - both extenders then connected and appear to be working fine.

The gateway DNS does refer to the ISP supplied DNS IPs typically, comes in along with the public IP by DHCP. Some trends with the ISP seem to provide safe DNS only - what could be nice as long as using a Web browser, but painful on IoT as it does just happen in the dark....

Hi redders123
Could you please let us know if you can try our beta firmware which is having the potential fix?
Thanks,
Raghu
