Unable to disable auto-renew – billing issue – support ticket open since Feb 20
Hello,
I am experiencing an issue with my Insight subscription.
When I try to disable Auto-Renew in the subscription billing page, the system confirms the change, but after refreshing the page the Auto-Renew option turns back to ON.
Because of this issue I am also unable to remove my credit card from the account.
I opened a support ticket on February 20, but the case is still marked as "In Progress" and I have not received any response yet.

Could a moderator please help escalate this issue to the billing team so that the auto-renew can be disabled and my payment method removed?

Thank you for your suggestion.
I already opened a support ticket on February 20, but the case is still marked as "In Progress" and I have not received any response.
The issue is that auto-renew cannot be disabled in the Insight subscription page and the setting returns to ON after confirmation. Because of this I cannot remove my credit card.
Could a Netgear moderator please help escalate this ticket to the billing team?
