WBC502 Insight Instant Airbridge Zoom calls internet connection unstable

Hi All,

I have Internet service extended about 100 feet from my house to an outbuilding using two WBC502 Insight Instant Airbridges configured as a master and a satellite. The ISP is Comcast Business (600/35 mbps). On Zoom calls I have unstable Internet connection warnings and audio dropout and/or video freezes. My speed tests show about 200 mbps download and about 40 mbps upload. Web surfing is fine. In the house Zoom works fine. I'm wondering if anyone might know of a solution to this problem? Configuration tweak, or something?

More info...
The router in the outbuilding is a Huawei WIFI6 AX3

Camera is a Logitech Brio and a M1 MacBook Pro.

Any help is appreciated.
Thanks,
Bruce

What latency do you have? when testing off the pc/laptop doing the zoom calls.

Live video calls are more sensitive to latency than they are to total bandwidth.

Hi Plemans. Thanks for your reply. How would I check that during a call? Should I enable diagnostics mode?

justs do a speedtest and see what your latency/ping is.

is the pc/laptop directly connected to the wbc502 bridge or is it going through an access point?

Do you see issues in the main location without the wbc502 bridge?
