After doing the firmware update via the Insight app my Orbi pro stopped working

After doing the firmware update via the Insight app my Orbi pro stopped working. I have factory reset a couple of times but, still getting the same problem. The white light blinks for a while then it stays on. I can connect to the default WiFi but, unable to reach the router configuration page.

have you checked to see if the IP address for the router changed? I've see a firmware update cause a reset (or you reset) and it defaults to a different iP address if there's a conflict

After the reset I connected directly to the modem. And the modem is set with DHCP mode so the IP changes for the Orbi. Before I had these issues, I had the Orbi set on a static IP but I have since removed that.

It's the orbi in ap mode if the gateway is handling dhcp

I have not been able to reach the orbilogin.com or reach 192.168.1.1. In the modem it is showing another IP address but, I also have factory reset the Orbi. At the moment I am at a loss.

I had the same issue, where I could not reach the Orbi config page on orbilogin.com on a PC. I finally tried with Firefox and the default SSID and password after the factory reset. Disabling all the security features in Firefox,  got prompted to enter admin password. I was able to enter to do the config, even without the Orbi connected to the internet.

We have shared a patch firmware for this issue which has so far been successful. We are working on an official release which will include this fix, will share the ETA once I know more.

If anyone else runs into the issue and wishes to try the patch, please send me a DM.

    Thanks
