Nighthawk app log in

Good morning, I have spent about 3-4 hours with support attempting to log into the Nighthawk app. It is a new modem router cax80  

When I log in with admin and my password (changed using my router login), it will attempt to get to the dash board but then time out      

I have

rebooted numerous times

reset to factory settings

 

I am attempting to log in with my apple device and we have tried it on my wife's cell phone and same time out  issues

    Are you able to log in through the browser?

      Yes I can log into my modem/router via the browser but not the app on the iphone (s)

        did you try disabling random mac/ip address and Icloud relay on the iPhone

      I dont have the specific number of the firmware but when I set up the CAX80 on 2/10 part of the process was updating the firmware.  In addition, while trouble shooting with the netgear folks, it was confirmed that I had the latest firmware running  

       

      After typing this i will login into myrouter and check

      Good afternoon, I have tried numerous suggestions and still have not been able to log into the app.  The last suggestion was to do a factory reset, I had done that twice with netgear support and that did not work.  I did my set up for the cax80 via wireless and someone suggested going via ethernet cable to a PC??

      My gripe is , if you put an app out and in the instructions it can be set up wirelessly (new word) then why does it not work

       

      I have spent over 3 hours with netgear folks and the answer to me was the techs are working on an update for the app

        Well then. On 2/26 I attempted to log into the app (as I had been doing daily. So I was able to log into the app. In addition I have been able to log in everyday since. Additionally I have been able to log in from “anywhere “.
        Not sure if I can pinpoint the change, I appreciate all the suggestions. Looks like a bit of Fox Mike to me
