6.3.8.11 is the most recent firmware:

Please do a manual update and verify that the problem still exists.

Updated firmware manually. It usually took a few weeks for the issue to appear. I will report back with results in 3 weeks or so. Thanks!

Since I installed 6.3.8.11 I have not been able to activate parental controls (with paid subscription !) anymore.
”Activation failed. Please try again later”
Had similar issues before with older firmware, which i was able to work around with factory resets. I have done 4 factory resets now, newly configuring everything from scratch. Also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app in between. No luck…
Any suggestions on that issue?
